The Continuous Calendar is not a perfect solution. No solution of this complexity can be. It is, however, a workable one, derived from existing practice, minimally disruptive to established rhythms, and sufficient to eliminate the administrative chaos that currently makes the coordination of a continent-spanning empire significantly more difficult than it needs to be.

This office requests the Assembly's adoption of the proposal at the earliest opportunity and commits to full implementation within two years of authorization.
